Overview:


Reporting to the Sales Manager, the
Sales Associate (_
Business Development Coordinator_) will support the
Area Sales Manager(s) in the show homes by ensuring the best customer service is provided to current and future customers, including all online viewers.

The role is accountable to support sales activities throughout the sales process, while achieving sales targets and upholding the organizational goals.

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in our show homes, demonstrating the utmost in customer satisfaction and delivering an
    AMAZING Cantiro Homes experience:
  • Interact with potential customers visiting our website, engage in conversation, answer questions, and schedule appointments to meet with our Sales Teams and view our homes
  • Collect customer registration information for traffic analysis and follow up, equating to a minimum of 80% of traffic on a monthly basis
  • Maintain a data base of online leads through CRM management, data entry and follow up schedule
  • Provide administrative support throughout the sales process to ensure the timely and accurate flow of paperwork from Sales Centres to Head Office
  • Work with Sales Administration on sales projects, including quick possession home set up, colour selections, and other tasks, as required
  • Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Participation in sales performance analysis and enhancement activities including, but not limited to: scripting of presentations, reviewing of qualifying and introduction techniques, benefits selling, and roleplaying to enhance sales skills
  • Submission of weekly Accomplishment Reports and Traffic Reports every Sunday at closing of showhome hours
  • Submission of a written monthly inspection/area assessment report noting deficiencies of the sales area, directional signage, standing spec units, show homes, and the sales centre, subdivision cleanliness, etc.
  • Submission of site hazard assessments, monthly show home safety assessment, FOB testing as per designated schedule and adhering to Cantiro Homes current safety standard and practices including FOB accessibility for safety on person at all times while entering/exiting show home and throughout entire shift.
  • Quarterly submission (or more frequently, if requested by Cantiro Homes) of a periodic shopping report of all competitors' product in the competitive trading area along with supportable material.
  • Maintain the MLS program as developed by Cantiro Homes.
  • Provide any other services requested by Cantiro Homes from time to time as deemed reasonable.
  • Working mostly in show homes; training and occasional work at corporate office
  • Responsible to work show home hours including evenings, weekends, statutory holidays

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • 12 years sales experience new home sales experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable with
    base salary + commissionbased compensation plan:
  • Access to reliable transportation with insurance
