Job Description:
Can you lead the delivery, measurement, and maintenance of of business-specific and/or enterprise wide colleague and leadership programs? As Manager, Content Delivery, Measurement, and Maintenance, you will:
- Lead and demonstrate ownership of all aspects of facilitation, measurement, and ongoing maintenance of established performance solutions and learning interventions for the Canadian Personal Bank and Life and Health
- Facilitate instructorled learning interventions and performance solutions and lead TraintheTrainer activities to demonstrate facilitation best practices and to ensure consistent, branded, learning experiences
- Establish, elevate, and sustain content management strategy and associated processes to consistently evaluate and update performance solutions and learning interventions for accuracy
- Update and execute diverse programs, implement and develop activities, tools and programs for businesses, and support business sales/service strategy and management activities
- Provide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
- Manage, analyze and draw insights from data to inform priorities and initiatives, including postimplementation reviews and program analysis to ensure solutions continue to meet business strategy and vision
- Research, analyze and develop best in class solutions designed to address gaps and developmental priorities aligned to business needs
- Monitor, report, and resolve issues related to work
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to Life & Health activities
- Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, follows internal and external requirements, and aligns with business priorities
- Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
- Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques
- Integrate knowledge of the enterprise subfunction's or business line's overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operations
- Interpret internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommends course of action and standard methodologies to improve products, processes or services
Requirements:
- Ability to present and facilitate information in an engaging way to partners, colleagues and business
- Undergraduate degree and/or over 7 years of relevant work experience
- Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge / expertise in TD Protection Plans and knowledge of broader related areas
- Advanced knowledge of multifunctional disciplines, strategy development and lines of business supported
- Sound understanding of risk, process and project management environment, standards and regulations
- Proficiency in analyzing, researching, organizing and prioritizing work while meeting multiple deadlines and mentoring a team
- Ardent in working independently as well as collaboratively and building positive relationships in a team
- Expertise in handling confidential information with discretion and discernment
