What you'll do

Analyze various topics as assigned (data and process), from the simple to the complex, presenting findings, including key information and issues, as well as potential solutions.
Develop & present Cost / Benefit Analyses
Contribute to or lead investigation of business requests
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gain understanding of processes, issues and stakeholder concerns
Perform analysis of business requirements to assess cost or feasibility and research solutions
Provide input and recommendations on business processes and/or technical issues
Contribute to identification, analysis, improvement and recommendations of solutions (systems and process)
Work with a project team to construct, test and implement solutions
Prepare presentations on projects and activities
Present findings, issues and proposed solutions to various stakeholders
Evaluate cost impact of carrier contract offers and supports creation / presentation of appropriate negotiations support materials
Act as a Transportation Operations Subject Matter Expert on crossfunctional teams.

What you bring

35 years of business experience within Supply Chain, Transportation experience is an asset
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
Skilled at managing multiple tasks, setting and tracking own milestones, and meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
Strong business acumen
Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
Post secondary degree in a relevant discipline
