WHAT TO EXPECT:
The production supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring the manufacturing process. manufacturing process.
Being skilled in personnel management, he/she influences, through effective strategies to motivate, develop and encourage the members of his team.
Also, he/she analyzes and follows the trends of his/her performance indicators and implements action plans to ensure that objectives are met.
Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Provide employees with a participatory management style in a human-centered corporate culture
- Accompany your team in order to reach the objectives in OHS, quality and production performance
- Monitor performance indicators, inform your manager if there are any discrepancies and propose solutions
- Distribute and assign tasks to employees with the support of your team leader
- Follow up on the reception of new employees on your shift and monitor their development
- Evaluate the performance of your employees and take supportive or disciplinary measures in case of performance and/or behavioral discrepancies
- Validate, on a weekly basis, the employees' pay hours
- Ensure the proper communication of relevant information to supervisors of other shifts
- Ensure that Soucy Techno's mission, vision and values are upheld
