WHAT TO EXPECT:

The production supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring the manufacturing process. manufacturing process.

Being skilled in personnel management, he/she influences, through effective strategies to motivate, develop and encourage the members of his team.

Also, he/she analyzes and follows the trends of his/her performance indicators and implements action plans to ensure that objectives are met.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

Provide employees with a participatory management style in a human-centered corporate culture
Accompany your team in order to reach the objectives in OHS, quality and production performance
Monitor performance indicators, inform your manager if there are any discrepancies and propose solutions
Distribute and assign tasks to employees with the support of your team leader
Follow up on the reception of new employees on your shift and monitor their development
Evaluate the performance of your employees and take supportive or disciplinary measures in case of performance and/or behavioral discrepancies
Validate, on a weekly basis, the employees' pay hours
Ensure the proper communication of relevant information to supervisors of other shifts
Ensure that Soucy Techno's mission, vision and values are upheld
