JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting the leadership team in overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring all customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Monday - Friday, 4:00 - 12:30 pm
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the regular responsibilities of a warehouse associate, the Team Lead will be responsible for the following:
- Delegate's task & Support in execution
- support team where necessary to complete the task.
- Train and mentors team members throughout the facility in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Company Core Values
- Support in creating process and ensuring team members are following process.
- Monitors team performance and report on metrics to Supervisor.
- Assists in maintaining a safe work environment for DC team members (i.e. retrains team members and builds
- Ensures timely and accurate order receipt and shipment; responsible for maintaining cut off time
- As a member of the DC leadership team this position is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy
- Performs stock counts, stock maintenance and inventory count reconciliation
- Assists with picking, checks, loads and processes inbound and outbound product
- Effectively communicates with site leadership regarding daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem resolution skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and
- High sense of urgency and customer service
- Previous SAP experience considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
