  • Special Risk Insurance Managers Ltd. _is currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our Sales Team as an Administrative Assistant.
The Position


To aid and support members of the sales team by providing excellent customer service for all external and internal customers.

Salary range $38,000 - $40,000 (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).


What you will be doing:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, and conferences
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order departmental supplies and maintain inventory
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors

What you bring to the team:

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills to complete assignments efficiently and within structured timelines
  • An eye for detail to handle correspondence and documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive, driven, and disciplined attitude
  • Solution, problem solving oriented
  • Strong independent work ethic
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment & collaborate with teammates
  • Strong written language, and professional communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skills with graphic design is considered a strong asset
