Kal Tire is one of Canada's largest independently owned tire dealers; we go beyond tire sales and service to tire recycling and retread.

We are looking for
Temporary / Contract
Tire Retread and Repair
Technicians to join our team on Stanfield Road in Mississauga.

Retreading is the process of taking used and worn tires, removing what is left of the remaining tread, then adding a new tread using a similar process to how new tires are made.

Kal Tire's Retread and Repair facilities provide a service that allows our customers to realize the full value of their existing tire assets while helping them reduce the environmental impact of their operations.

Responsibilities:

Using hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair.
Train to follow established retreading procedure.
Work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Have a safety mindset and follow all safety procedures.

Job Requirements

Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required.
Required ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a high preforming team environment.
Drivers License preferred.
