We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented University Summer Student to join our team at a reputable car dealership.

This is a full-time position for the summer months, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming parts shipments, verify contents, and ensure all parts are properly accounted for in inventory system
Prepare and package outgoing parts shipments to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments
Maintain organization and cleanliness of parts storage areas and shipping/receiving areas
Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Must be enrolled in a postsecondary program and returning to studies in the fall
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently

Valid driver's license required.

Experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
