Description
We are currently hiring a
Shunt Driver (Yard) for our Team.

As a Shunt Driver you will be responsible for the movement of semi-trailers and other various equipment around the yard and in and out of the workshop bays.


WHAT WE OFFER:

- $52,000 - $56,000/y

DAY TO DAY TASKS:


  • Movement of semitrailers and other various equipment around the yard.
  • Greeting customers and ensure vehicles are moved appropriately to the proper location for servicing.
  • Performing pretrip inspections on units, as needed.
  • Shop cleanup and assisting technicians when needed
  • Performing Return inspections as needed
  • Yard checks on inventory

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:


  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Strong Customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills in French and English, Verbal
  • Solid organizational capabilities and ability to complete multiple tasks

Salary:
$52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
