Job Summary


We are seeking B2B Business Development Executives to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team This role will involve promoting the Company's Home security products and providing exceptional in-person customer service.

Answering customer questions about the company's product services and showing demos of the product.


What are we looking for?

  • This person will display good product knowledge and engage B2B clients by sharing product details and stories.
  • Assist customers in making the best order decisions for their business security needs by providing product knowledge and suggesting what suits their requirements.
  • Work to achieve and exceed 3 presentations in a day
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must be able to think quickly on your feet and identify solutions taught in training and help solve customer problems
  • Verbal communication (English language proficiency) and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for sales and helping people stay safe
  • Ability to build rapport and deal with rejection without becoming discouraged

Freshers Welcome

Compensation:

During the first 30-90 days training period: Performance-based, average
of $600-$800 /week (based on the number of sales closed by your Team
Leader) plus monthly cash incentives.

After your first 15 sales, you will be eligible for the positions of
Field Trainer (no driver's license needed) or Team Leader (G2/G driver's
license preferred): Yearly package ranging between $50000-$60000 /year
(base pay + commissions) once you are promoted to these roles.

- **12:30 PM- 9:00 PM

- **Full Time (40 hrs)
