You will successfully work alongside one of Colliers top teams of highly motivated and driven advisors.

In this role you will be facilitating transactions and providing exceptional internal support, with the end goal of increasing revenue for the team.

You will be a true partner that contributes to the efficiency and success of the advisor team and build value from understanding the client's requirements - addressing concepts as brand value enhancement, improved productivity, etc.

Support may include project management, proposals, presentations, report writing, social media management, event planning, market knowledge, transaction administration and/or client-facing licensed activities where applicable.

What you bring- University degree or equivalent required.

Degree specialization in real estate, business, or economics an asset years of relevant work experience with a real estate firm (brokerage, appraiser/consultant, investor/landlord is preferred)- Marketing experience and experience within the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Abode InDesign- Strong technical and computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).- Understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including terminology, process, and documentation.

- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Bonus skills and experience- Experience conducting research (taxes, demographics, statistics, zoning, etc.).

What success looks like- You're a positive influence on the sales process by ensuring sales agents have exactly what they need and when they need it to support their clients. You will strategize, initiate, and manage overall marketing campaign/plan as it related to advisor(s) listing (schedule digital and social communication, etc.)- You will assist in the preparation of marketing documents, confidential information memorandums, request for proposal responses, presentations, market report and comparative analyses You will draft or edit legal documents (letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, listing agreements, Multiple Listing Service agreements)- You assist the team through preparing/updating sales reports, database management, creating marketing reports, preparing content for pitches/ presentations, RFP's, RFI's and more You will coordinate information for clients, required documentation, dealing with on-going or closing issues, and organizing meetings
