We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to our team and also reconciliation of accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including posting transactions, reconciling accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and administrative issues.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Mississauga, ON L5L 5R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

From $18.00 per hour
