We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join the team at our Leduc Terminal, working a Monday to Friday schedule.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, pickups, and services.

Receive and prioritize service requests.
Coordinate logistics for deliveries and pickups.
Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Update and maintain accurate records of schedules and assignments.
Monitor and track delivery status.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset.
Availability to work in shifts.
Knowledge of geographical areas and routes.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
