The Role:

Use your expert knowledge in finding and leveraging data and insights to drive recruitment activities and strategies- Deliver high-quality pipelines for multiple complex searches concurrently- Decipher job descriptions, analyze complex information, and quickly grasp new ideas

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience in sourcing for talents across both technical and nontechnical roles
Indepth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms
Experienced in building and using talent market insights and data to influence decisions across all levels and functional teams
