Currently recruiting for a Esports Team Coach for Overwatch 2 with the following responsibilities:

Conduct coaching and instructional activities during training, practice, and competitions
Attend all scheduled practices/matches
Perform regular VOD reviews in live and recorded formats
Prepare scouting reports and match summaries for all official games
Track individual player progress and improvement over the course of the season
Assist the Team Liaison in talent scouting and recruitment efforts
Organize annual virtual varsity tryouts
Coordinate with the Head Coach on the promotion of team recruitment efforts

This is a contract position beginning in September 18th, 2023 and ending April 26th, 2024 with the option to extend depending on the team's season performance.

_This position is a part-time, remote contract._
