Job Purpose and Impact


The Customer Service Lead Hand will have a customer focus to identify and implement ways to better meet customer needs and to provide superior customer service.

In this role, you will have dedicated strategic or advanced customer accounts and will handle and optimize the processing of complex order issues and will proactively identify and mitigate order management related risks through continuous improvement of the process.

Key Accountabilities


Manage customer facing activities from the end to end order management process dedicated to strategic or advanced segment key customers using in depth knowledge of order management technology.

Support the development of customer care strategy and ensure it is consistent and streamlined across customer segments while working closely with commercial team to set up and align the order intake services to customer and product segments.

Perform root cause analysis of occurring issues and incidents.

Proactively engage with customers and act as escalation point in case of complex, ambiguously defined order exceptions and issues for assigned customer accounts and work closely with customers to resolve issue escalations and monitor key inputs to identify risk in advance.

Partner with other functions and departments on issues that require additional investigation to ensure complex issues regarding order status, order opportunities, and risk mitigation are resolved.

Coach and mentor less experienced members of the customer facing organization.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluently bilingual in French and English
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred Qualifications
Agriculture experience
SAP experience
Previous customer service experience
