Location:
Cambridge, ON

Hours:
Full-time Monday to Friday

What You Will Be Doing:

Prepare rental agreements and distribute keys
Disclose terms and conditions of rental program
Review and resolve rental contract and vehicle issues; process vehicle exchanges
Enter and maintain customer information in CRM system and keep up to date records
Record a car's condition and make notes of any existing bumps or scratches
Check mileage and inspect for damage on returned vehicles
Other administrative duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous rental operation experience is preferred
Good organizational skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
Excellent communication skills
Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures
Valid G driver's license and clean driving record
