Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Superintendent to oversee all framing operations within our company.

The General Superintendent will be responsible for managing framing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in framing.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership and direction to framing crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in framing projects.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate framing activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to develop detailed framing work plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on every framing job site.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise framing crews to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in construction, with a focus on framing operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing framing projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Salary:
$85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
