What you will do


The five big responsibilities of this job are:

  • Developing, motivating, and caring for human capital in the store
  • Develop store business through userfriendly and sustainable economy
  • Develop business through store services (Workshop, WEB orders, etc.)
  • Build and animate a local cashing policy
  • Build and animate on all channels the policy of satisfaction, local customer relationship and commitment

Developing, motivating, and caring for human capital in the store

  • Workshop and follow up on the action plan
Build and animate a local cashing policy

  • Lead cash till the team
  • Guarantee the rapid checkout of customers by promoting their autonomy
  • Manage the cashing activity and coordinate customer flow
  • Guarantee the management of the back office and compliance with cashing and reception procedures
  • Ensure the safety of teammates and customers
Develop business through store services (workshops, WEB orders, etc.)

  • Build a service policy that directly generates trade
  • Communicate physically and digitally all services offered
  • Facilitate the implementation of how to sell services (organization, spaces, processes)
  • Empower, involve, and animate teammates (Team Leaders, sellers, etc.) on the objectives/requirement and the sale of services
  • Animate the economic trajectory of services as well as the action plans to achieve it
Build and animate on all channels the satisfaction policy, local customer relationship, and commitment

  • Manage the local omnichannel communication for the store to generate traffic
  • Manage physical or digital customer comments to ensure their delightment
  • Animate customer reception in order to guarantee satisfaction and increase the conversion rate
  • Build and animate the membership program
