QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Clinical experience and/or a Masters degree in a related health care field (i.e. Health Informatics, Nursing, Health Administration) an asset.
  • Registration in good standing with a recognized health profession college or regulatory body
  • Excellent understanding of technical, integration and clinical business requirements of delivering health information solutions.
  • Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation/presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational, research, data analysis skills, time management and priority setting skills in accomplishing assigned work deliverables in a dynamic climate of competing demands.
  • Strong conceptual skills, with demonstrated knowledge and skill in problemsolving, decisionmaking and criticalthinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and facilitate change and innovation.
