Style Advisor (SA)
Is obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.

The SA working closely with the drives the common goal of maximizing sales by creating world-class experiences for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Proficient with POS system
  • Proficient with TLS policies & procedures
  • Understands TLS sales targets, goals and expectations
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products
  • Restock products as they sell
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build trusting relations with customers
