RS Breakers & Controls is an Original Equipment Supplier that provides excellent customer service and customized solutions.

Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more.

We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial and industrial needs.


The Position
The Electrical Sales/Branch Manager will support our office in the Saskatoon area.

In this position you will be responsible to manage the operations and staff at this branch, you will also be responsible for managing the sales counter and generating sales and inquiries for electrical parts.


Job Duties

  • Supervise staff and manage their attendance and track performance
  • Inside sales
  • Purchasing materials for customers and sales negotiations.
  • Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock.
  • Be highly effective in motivation, organization, time management and decisionmaking.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development suggestions to improve individual performance.
  • Identify leads and distribute accordingly
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skill in a pressurized environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of electrical parts and codes
years or more years of proven supervisory experience.

  • Ability to perform in a selfdirected, fast paced, team environment
  • The incumbent will demonstrate a strong commitment to working in a safe, socially responsible manner.
  • Experience using ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 programs) is an asset.

Salary and Benefits
