Working with a small but mighty team within a fast-paced and diverse organization, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and assist in protecting the Anthem brand while increasing internal and external stakeholder engagement through effective communications and community engagement strategies.

You will

  • Assist with the coordination of a variety of existing internal and external corporate communications initiatives, including:
  • Anthem's social media presence and updates: coordinate and research written and video content, draft and schedule posts, monitor comments and mentions, track growth and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in drafting and posting internal Anthem News updates and publishing all content to Anthem's internal SharePoint site
  • Facilitate creation of weekly internal team member spotlight series (Faces Behind Growing Places)
  • Audit and update corporate marketing collateral (corporate website, PowerPoint decks, stakeholder surveys, etc.)
  • Coordinate procurement and distribution of Anthem branded swag and gifts
  • Copywriting support for greater Marketing team (award submissions, marketing pieces, blogs, stakeholder letters, etc.)
  • Help track "Giving" initiatives (donations and sponsorships) and submit appropriate follow up (invoicing, event attendance, etc.)
  • Support with the coordination of internal corporate events (research venues and develop budgets, plan and facilitate event activities, etc.)
  • Contribute to the success of the team through supporting administration activities such as agenda creation, taking meeting minutes, coordinating catering, expense tracking, etc.

You have

  • Minimum 2 years previous work experience in a Communications or Marketing role in the real estate industry preferred
  • Degree/Certificate in a related Communications field
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • HTML and website management is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
  • Good understanding of social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to use Hootsuite, Iconosquare and Meta Business
  • Experience creating Instagram reels
  • Working knowledge of videography and photography is an asset
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, you can communicate with confidence
  • A reputation for your coolness under pressure and the drive to do what it takes to get the best work done
