POSITION OVERVIEW


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position is the face of Tanger Outlets Cookstown and is responsible for providing a compelling shopping experience for our customers.

The Customer Service Representative is service driven and sales motivated; and works well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.


JOB DETAILS

  • Build relationships with customers and retailers as a Tanger Ambassador
  • Management and sale of TangerClub Memberships and gift cards
  • Open and close Shopper Services
  • Respond to customer and retailer inquiries
  • Management of lost and found
  • Management of wheelchair and stroller loans
  • Work cohesively with our CSR and management teams to position Tanger Outlets as a primary shopping destination.
  • Assist with event logistics
  • Other projects and duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Previous experience operating a cash register computer system
