Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
Prepare engaging and interactive lessons that promote student participation and critical thinking
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance'

Experience:

Previous experience teaching mathematics, preferably in a classroom setting

Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs
Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts, principles, and problemsolving techniques
Ability to effectively communicate complex mathematical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Experience in providing individual or group tutoring to students who require additional support

Qualifications:

Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
Ability to balance various ongoing tasks

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
