Description
Responsibilities:
- Be able to take direction and make suggestions based on customer service experience, analytical skills, and mathematical knowledge.
- Complete customer service requests using knowledge of business processes and software systems.
- Communicate effectively with other departments such as sales, Service team, Installation team, Admin team, technical support, and Managment in order to ensure rapid resolution to customer issues.
- Must be fully bilingual.
- Previous dispatcher role is an asset.
- Previous traded experience is an asset.
Salary:
$22.50-$24.25 per hour
