Since 2016, the telMAX team has been working hard to develop advanced phone systems, TV solutions and ultra-high speed 100% Pure Fibre internet services.


Position Description:


We seek to build a team of like-minded responsible and independent employees who can explain to residents the construction process from the start to the finish while keeping residents reassured of the outcome as we build the telMAX fibre optic network in their neighbourhoods.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engaging with residents on their doorsteps to inform them of our Fibre Build plans in their area.

Go door-to-door and liaise with the community on all aspects to explain the construction process and be an ambassador for telMAX out in the field.

Communicate with residents and businesses and work with them to identify solutions for any pre, during and post construction process questions they may have.

Work with other members of the team to manage enquiries as required.

Operate well both independently and in a team, in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Be organized, determined, persistent and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Display excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Continue to learn and understand telMAX' s products and services to promptly respond to face-to-face inquiries.


REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Experience in a customer facing environment.
Good communication skills and an avid listener.
Prior experience working with an ISP (internet service provider) is an asset.
Confident in overcoming challenges and responding to concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Experience in working as part of a multi disciplinary team.
Excellent time management capabilities
Driving license and own car are essential.
