The Edmonton EXPO Centre is looking for
temporary
Event Security who will be vital to to executing the events coming through the venue, including
KDays taking place July , 202- Providing general venue security to mitigate and prevent any real or potential security and safety risks to our facilities, clients, guests and staff.

Providing a safe and welcoming environment for staff, guests and clients, actively monitoring and responding to alarms, crowd dynamics, individual behaviour and safety issues, investigating, reporting and documenting incidents, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of safety issues, incidents and events.
Work collaboratively in a fastpaced, customer service environment, while handling stressful situations in a timely, professional manner.
A high school diploma or equivalent
Valid SSIA License
Valid ProServe and ProTect certificates
Minimum 6months work experience in a servicerelated industry
The ability to transport material up to 25lbs, stand for extended periods of time, and work shiftwork (including nights).
