- Supervise and develop junior team members including Engineers, Technicians and Technologists.
- Review and approve the work of others including designs, calculations and cost estimates.
- Supervise and inspect installation modification and commissioning of engineering systems at construction sites or industrial sites.
- Develop expertise in given field and provide customer service as a key contact in the area.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability from conception to completion with no or limited supervision
- University bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, knowledge of complex engineering processes and designing procedures and policies
- Familiar with the Canadian Electrical Code and other various industry standards and best practices (IEEE, API).
- P.Eng designation or eligibility required
- Minimum 8-12 years' experience in engineering discipline, organizational experience, and experience at a leading engineering level
- Experience coordinating, leading and directing other engineering employees and project members.
