Coordinator - Bolton, Canada - Trans-Commercial Staffing
Description
We are looking to hire a coordinator to work full time, Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. Chosen applicants will be contacted by phone.Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling and attending meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the supervisor, handling correspondence and organizing documents.
- Assist with team support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and taking notes during meetings.
- Manage order entry and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a coordinator or personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

$23.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Bolton, ON L7E 5B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
