Description
We are looking to hire a coordinator to work full time, Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. Chosen applicants will be contacted by phone.


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling and attending meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to the supervisor, handling correspondence and organizing documents.
  • Assist with team support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and taking notes during meetings.
  • Manage order entry and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a coordinator or personal assistant is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bolton, ON L7E 5B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
