Description

We are looking to hire a Funding Manager to work in our Finance Department at Devon Chrysler.

You will be responsible for assisting our remote sales team and working with the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

Printing bank contracts from Dealertrack and bill of sale from PBS
Keeping files organized as deals come in
Bringing complete files to accounting
Cheque requisition for cash back, referrals, reimbursements
Tracking down sold vehicles in inventory
Arranging sold vehicles for deliver prep; cleaning, fuel, accessories installed
Working with the GSM and Controller to maintain a highly organized process
Taking pictures of vehicles when requested by remote sales team
Going to registration office for registrations when needed
Previously worked in a dealership envrinoment
Preferably business office / finance manager experience
Experience in any releveant rolls such as funding, subprime, etc

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with flexibility to leave early on slow days

Salary negotioable depending on experience
