Description
We are looking to hire a Funding Manager to work in our Finance Department at Devon Chrysler.

You will be responsible for assisting our remote sales team and working with the accounting department.


Responsibilities:


  • Printing bank contracts from Dealertrack and bill of sale from PBS
  • Keeping files organized as deals come in
  • Bringing complete files to accounting
  • Cheque requisition for cash back, referrals, reimbursements
  • Tracking down sold vehicles in inventory
  • Arranging sold vehicles for deliver prep; cleaning, fuel, accessories installed
  • Working with the GSM and Controller to maintain a highly organized process
  • Taking pictures of vehicles when requested by remote sales team
  • Going to registration office for registrations when needed
  • Previously worked in a dealership envrinoment
  • Preferably business office / finance manager experience
  • Experience in any releveant rolls such as funding, subprime, etc
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with flexibility to leave early on slow days

Salary negotioable depending on experience

$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
