Description
We are looking to hire a Funding Manager to work in our Finance Department at Devon Chrysler.You will be responsible for assisting our remote sales team and working with the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Printing bank contracts from Dealertrack and bill of sale from PBS
- Keeping files organized as deals come in
- Bringing complete files to accounting
- Cheque requisition for cash back, referrals, reimbursements
- Tracking down sold vehicles in inventory
- Arranging sold vehicles for deliver prep; cleaning, fuel, accessories installed
- Working with the GSM and Controller to maintain a highly organized process
- Taking pictures of vehicles when requested by remote sales team
- Going to registration office for registrations when needed
- Previously worked in a dealership envrinoment
- Preferably business office / finance manager experience
- Experience in any releveant rolls such as funding, subprime, etc
Salary negotioable depending on experience

$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
