Description
Front Desk or Reservations experience is considered an asset- Strong understanding of interdepartmental dynamics and how the Front Desk contributes
- Ability to function within a highly cohesive team, in a supportive manner
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, and weekends
- Ability to offer an outstanding level of customer service, with the ability to promote our services
- Strong oral/written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- High energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, including a professional and intuitive nature
- Strong computer background in Microsoft Office (including all Windows functionalities)
- Must be detail orientated with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fastpaced environment
