Solify, you will be working closely with potential clients and guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean and cost effective solar energy and guiding the sales team in the process.

This role is perfect for an individual who has a leadership mind-set, is detail-oriented, driven, and punctual.

This is a commission-based job. You will be provided with leads every day.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Market Solify and Setup new clients
  • Capitalize on generated warm leads while supplementing with personal leads/referrals.
  • Coldcalling to generate additional leads to your sales pipeline.
  • Educate homeowners on the positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients' homes.
  • Assumptive mentality with virtualonline presentations and proposals
  • Taking initiative to meet goals and contribute to team performance
  • Following through on detailoriented work and deadlines
  • Taking responsibility for individual and shared tasks

Qualifications:


  • Sales experience; Minimum 1 year
  • Be proficient with a computer
    (A computer and phone is required for this position)

  • Comfortable speaking over the phone
  • Good at working as a team player
  • Willing to go above set expectations
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Problem solving mindset

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$1,600.00-$2,000.00 per week

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
