What you will be doing?

Receives and enters customer purchase orders and verify the accuracy of the pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, shipping address, purchase order number. Communicate with customer regarding all discrepancies. Provides order acknowledgment. Maintains proper filling of records per department procedure.
Manage all incoming calls and requests in a very positive, customer centric manner. Ensure all calls are recorded.
Receives and processes return material authorizations, shipping discrepancies, debit memo reconciliations, special pricing agreements in accordance with department procedure. Maintains proper filling of records per department procedure.
Provides support to Uponor sales group as well as collaboration and assistance within the customer service department.
Updates Customer database (SFDC, Oracle) to reflect new customers, contact information changes and account specific requirements within assigned territory.
Research and monitor inventory levels in Canada DC's. Communicate with planning team when necessary (identify increased demand) in order to meet product lead time. Track deliveries with logistics. Update internal and external customers with accurate delivery dates.
Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.

What you will need?

High School education required
12 years' experience in a customer service role or equivalent experience of education and experience
French language proficiency strongly preferred
Data entry & product SKU order entry management experience
Ability to work core hours of 96pm
Proficient using Microsoft Office
Experience working with an ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
