SUMMARY
In this position you will be reporting to the Plating & Processing Supervisor. As the Process Technician - Wash, you will be responsible for maintaining demand for production requirements.

Work Shift Hours - Weekday Afternoon Shift - Monday - Thursday (4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Part loading and unloading and the general support of the process
Ensure both the safety of the operator and the components
Participate in lean initiatives (i.e. 5S, TPM, process improvement teams)
Communicate and coordinate priorities and process issues between operators and shifts
Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedure
Perform other duties as required
Active participation in the implementation and execution of lean principles
Perform other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Typically 2 years of related manufacturing experience
Demonstrated experience in material handling and hoist operations is required
Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift up to 40 lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous formal crane training
