Your Role:

Your role will include:

Providing input and leadership while assisting in the implementation of corporate governance strategy and direction.
Providing daily management and guidance to our Legal team.
Reviewing, drafting, and/or negotiating a variety of contracts for various departments of the company.
Coaching, mentoring, and advising teams on all legal aspects of our business, including public procurement rules and best practices.
Participating in disputeresolution proceedings related to construction projects and contract disputes and other disputes that may arise, and providing practical guidance to our teams and the Board.
Working with the company's insurers to ensure compliance and timely policy renewals.
Coordinating the advancement of various legal claims with our external litigators and advising our internal teams on litigation procedures, responses, and settlement strategies.
Supporting the company's engagement with our employee shareholders, such as by coordinating the annual general meeting and shareholder communications.
As a member of the leadership of the organization, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire organization.
