You have at least 1 year of experience in Information Management and/or Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics within Human Resources
You have formal qualifications within Information Management and/or Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics or equivalent

A day in your life with us

Perform people related business analysis and identify trends, opportunities as well as potential risks and present them in and understandable and actionable manner
Support managers to interpret and analyze data to help them lead, work, and organize in a way that brings out the best of people while developing the business
Secure and monitor people data processes and activities and ensure they are compliant with data frameworks and policies
Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyze and utilize relevant business intelligence in the people analytics field to stay competitive and cocreating changes when appropriate
Support in the identification and implementation of digital capabilities that can support efficient and accurate people analytics
Take the lead on improvements in data quality as well as support on legal compliance topics in relation to personal data for coworkers, locally as well as globally
Align with key stakeholders in securing a wellfunctioning People information & data management and support establishing People analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organization
