About us
Kings Wood Products is a Pallet & Crate manufacturing company established in 1970. Our products include pallets, crates, reels & custom export packaging.

Our regular working hours are from 6:30am until 3:30pm Monday to Thursday & 6:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays.

We are looking for a part time driver to work approximately 8-hour days in a flexible range of 5am-5pm 2-3 days a week.

Full time hours could be offered if willing to split time between driving & working on the shop floor.

Local routes only Approx 100km radius around Paris area.

Well maintained newer (4 years) automatic transmission trucks.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability Required:

Valid Class AZ driver's license
Ability to supply a CVOR & Driver's Abstract
Communication skills with English fluency both written & verbal
Knowledge of applicable local truck driving rules & regulations
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience with both flatbeds & vans
Willing & able to strap loads as needed

Responsibilities Include:

Transporting 52' vans/53' flatbeds safely & professionally to deliver product over urban, short interurban & rural routes
Conducting routine pre/posttrip truck inspections & maintaining accurate vehicle inspection reports
Performing delivery verification (Product type/Qty) at the customer location & maintaining organized customer invoices
Shunting storage trailers around property when needed

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
