Description
As a member of the business development team, you will be researching, identifying new games, and pursuing publishing/distribution opportunities on the next big games for our market.
You'll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with game developers, publishers, and industry professionals to build long-lasting relationships.Nutaku is the world's largest adult gaming platform dedicated to 18+ titles.
The rebellious and multi-stimulating gaming platform was born in January of 2015 with the launch of our first three PC games.
We have since grown to become the largest free-to-play adult gaming platform in the world, boasting 700+ games, 100+ million players, and over 100 million visits per month.
Nutaku offers a wide range of gaming experiences on both PC and Mobile.Nutaku Publishing, our game publishing division, works alongside development teams from around the world to create market-leading 18+ titles.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to secure new games for our platform and publishing divisions
- Actively pursue new clients and game opportunities
- Present strategic game reviews to the publishing review committee
- Take the lead to promote the product within the industry
- Attend and present during sales meetings, industry trade shows and conferences to gather information, promote Nutaku, and expand your network of contacts and external consultants
- Respond to publisher/client inquiries
- Negotiate and manage game distribution and publishing deals
- Work with multiple departments across the organization to execute the global plan
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- 24 years of experience in business development; gaming industry experience/gaming enthusiast/contacts within the gaming industry would be considered a major asset
- Video gaming enthusiast
- Solid understanding of legal agreement terms and negotiation; legal background is an asset
- Understanding of game publishing
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Nice to haves:
- Works effectively as a team member; team leadership experience is an asset
- Strong presentation and networking skills; previous presenting experience would be considered a major asset
- Exposure to CRM's and gaming analytics tools (AppAnnie, Sensor Tower, , etc.)
