Providing an excellent service for internal colleagues and MSC GVA colleagues in every written and verbal communication.
The Terminal Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of terminal operations objectives across our Canadian ports, maintaining great relationship with terminal contacts, and providing highly accurate reporting and scheduling to various stakeholders both inside and outside the Agency.
Key Accountabilities- Act as liaison between the MSC Agency and terminals
- Verifying port, terminal, and vessel related invoices
- Maintaining cargo commercial permanent routings for the trade team
- Creating and maintaining the vessel maximization reporting
- Creating and maintaining the regular sailing report, ERD & Cutoffs on terminal
- Creating and maintaining the vessels utilization reporting
- Creating and maintaining daily terminal stats Reports
- Additional tasks may be added or removed based on departmental needs._
Qualifications:
All MSC Canada employees are expected to exhibit the

- Excellent command in spoken and written English with bilingualism (French and English) preferred.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation.
