Landscape Gardener Labourers and Leaders _
to join our amazing team

Notes:

Wage is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Implementing landscape maintenance plans for gardens and outdoor spaces.
Planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.
Installing various landscape materials (mulch, rocks, sod/seed, ect).
Monitoring and irrigation systems to ensure proper watering.
Conducting regular inspections to identify and address pest and disease issues.
Maintaining equipment and tools used in horticultural tasks.

Qualifications:

Must be able to commute to office and shop near Stevenage & Hawthorne.
Class G Licence with a clean drivers abstract.
Trailer hauling experience is preferred.
Education or proven experience in landscape maintenance and garden care = higher pay.
Strong knowledge of plant (weeds, annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees). Species, their growth requirements, and common pests and diseases.
Proficiency in operating horticultural equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
Able to lift a minimum of 50lb.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
