We are currently seeking Account Associate in our Commercial Lines department. In this role you will support our Commercial Lines team to deliver exceptional client service.

What will you do?

Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance
Checking and processing of policy documents; new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Request driver abstracts, AutoPlus reports
Issuing client invoices
Issue liability slips
Assist with preparing renewal presentations
Prepare and issue client finance quotes and contracts
Assist with client changes, updating excel and advising insuring partners
Review client's current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements
Assist with inputting and reporting new claims and follow up detail
Assist Customer Service Brokers and/or Producers with client inquiries or rush assignments

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

A strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Team player
Preferred 1year commercial lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company
R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset
Selfstarter
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
