We are currently seeking Account Associate in our Commercial Lines department. In this role you will support our Commercial Lines team to deliver exceptional client service.
What will you do?
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance
- Checking and processing of policy documents; new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Request driver abstracts, AutoPlus reports
- Issuing client invoices
- Issue liability slips
- Assist with preparing renewal presentations
- Prepare and issue client finance quotes and contracts
- Assist with client changes, updating excel and advising insuring partners
- Review client's current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements
- Assist with inputting and reporting new claims and follow up detail
- Assist Customer Service Brokers and/or Producers with client inquiries or rush assignments
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player
- Preferred 1year commercial lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company
- R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset
- Selfstarter
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
