The Sarnia manufacturing facility is the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc. with a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber found in London, Ontario.

Focused on the production of synthetic rubber, the Sarnia facility is a major supplier to both domestic and international markets and employs over 300 employees.


Operates and controls the packaging step and aids Operator Technicians with dewatering and drying step of operation, in accordance to specified business targets and objectives.

All tasks are to be carried out in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures, while sustaining a high level of quality performance.


Duties Include, but are not limited to:

  • Finishing Production Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Finishing Production Manufacturing Process
  • Packaging Process
  • Reblend Process

Experience/Special Skills:


  • Ability to work with Industrial machinery, including computerized machine interfaces
  • Aptitude to think through issues and logically troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to think on one's feet and handle multiple issues of differing priorities
  • Fork truck experience is an asset

Job Requirements/Education:


  • Multiyear Technical College Diploma or
  • Trade Certificate with Completion of OSSGD
