What does a CBSA Security Guard in Etobicoke do?:

Safeguard people, assets, and property at a correctional facility.
Show empathy and compassion while protecting individuals during airport entry.
Demonstrate vigilance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service skills.
Ensure safe control and custody of individuals across various locations.
Report writing.
Monitor behaviour actively and use verbal deescalation techniques as needed.

Qualifications to become a CBSA Post Guard in Etobicoke:

A valid
Ontario security guard license:
1 year of tactical security guard experience
Experience working with the the Vulnerable Sector
A current first aid/CPR certificate

Canadian citizen or permanent residency in Canada for the past 5 years:

Graduate of a Canadian educational organization (such as high school, post secondary, or vocational)
