Are you a proactive and a dedicated student looking to gain valuable warehouse work experience? We have an exciting opportunity for you ContainerWorld is seeking enthusiastic and reliable students to join our team as a warehouse associate.

Position & Location:
Warehouse Associates (Students) - Blundell Rd. Richmond, BC
ContainerWorld is hiring students on an incidental call-in basis.

Students may only be employed from March 15 to October 31 and Christmas Break to inspect and verify incoming products, hand bombing, picking orders and other general warehouse duties for shifts of approx.

8-10 hours a day in our fast-paced warehouse environment. Warehouse associates are expected to pick orders that weighs up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis. The job requires physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner. Working mainly independently with guidance from Warehouse Supervisor as required, prepare products for shipment, and receive incoming products.

Job Requirements:

Must be enrolled as a student in a high school, college or university.
Must return to school in Fall 202
Be at least 19 years of age and legally able to work in Canada
Ability to lift up to 45lb on a regular basis
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Basic math skills a must
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Hourly Wages:
$22.00 Per hour, plus night shift premiums (If Applicable)

Hours of Work:

10:00am-6:30pm (8hr) Monday-Friday:

-
7:00pm-5:30 am (10hr) Monday-Thursday
