Description
Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome visitors to the office in a professional manner
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to queries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain a daily attendance list and visitor log
  • Keep the kitchens clean and organized
  • Schedule Zoom meetings, book and prepare boardrooms
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute mail and courier documents/packages
  • Order office supplies and maintain the supply room
  • Support legal assistants, accounting, and other colleagues
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, as required

Qualifications:


  • Organized and detailoriented problem solver
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively
  • Aptitude to differentiate when to act independently or when to seek assistance
  • Superior general literacy and reading comprehension in the English language
  • Postsecondary education is an asset
