Description
Responsibilities- Receive and welcome visitors to the office in a professional manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to queries, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain a daily attendance list and visitor log
- Keep the kitchens clean and organized
- Schedule Zoom meetings, book and prepare boardrooms
- Prepare, sort, and distribute mail and courier documents/packages
- Order office supplies and maintain the supply room
- Support legal assistants, accounting, and other colleagues
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Organized and detailoriented problem solver
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively
- Aptitude to differentiate when to act independently or when to seek assistance
- Superior general literacy and reading comprehension in the English language
- Postsecondary education is an asset
