Talent Acquisition Advisor, Call Center

Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, you will join a team built on collaboration, integrity, leadership, creativity and community.


In this role you will:

• Leverage your indepth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, from support of job description creation through to offer.
• Partner with our senior leaders and the Talent Acquisition team at both the strategic and tactical level to fulfill current and upcoming recruitment needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our service offering and cultural values and champion them in our hiring.
• Collaborate on best selection process in terms of strategy, tools and participant experience.
• Report on and track hiring progression on a regular basis, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs while providing expertise on market trends and hiring recommendations
• Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices follow all corporate policies.

You bring:

• 3 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Solid experience recruiting diverse talent skillsets.
• Experience within Call Center environments is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with various job boards and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience recruiting within both startups and established businesses.
• Proven track record in hiring in a highvolume environment.
