About this Position

We are currently looking for Licensing Coach to join our Training & Development Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications


Responsibilities:


  • Teach the Life Licensing Qualification Program (LLQP)
  • Perform administrative tasks relating to attendance control and exam score entry
  • Invigilate inperson exams according to determined guidelines
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Must be available on weekends and possibly weekdays to teach the course

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English and/or French, as required by teaching location
  • Basic English required to understand internal company procedures
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Primerica Field Force
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience or teaching
  • Must have an active insurance of persons license in good standing with regulatory
- authorities

  • Securities license an asset
  • Experience with the Life Licensing Qualification Program is an asset
  • Previous experience as an instructor is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Multitasking, prioritization and problemsolving skills are an asset
  • Good understanding of the CISRO material taught during the course is an asset
  • A good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an asset
  • Knowledge of the use of iOS (iPad and Keynote) is an asset
  • Mastery of the SeeWhy learning platform (including RapidPASS) is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
