About this Position

We are currently looking for Licensing Coach to join our Training & Development Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Teach the Life Licensing Qualification Program (LLQP)
Perform administrative tasks relating to attendance control and exam score entry
Invigilate inperson exams according to determined guidelines
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Must be available on weekends and possibly weekdays to teach the course

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English and/or French, as required by teaching location
Basic English required to understand internal company procedures
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge and experience working with the Primerica Field Force
Minimum 2 years industry experience or teaching
Must have an active insurance of persons license in good standing with regulatory

- authorities

Securities license an asset
Experience with the Life Licensing Qualification Program is an asset
Previous experience as an instructor is an asset
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
Multitasking, prioritization and problemsolving skills are an asset
Good understanding of the CISRO material taught during the course is an asset
A good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an asset
Knowledge of the use of iOS (iPad and Keynote) is an asset
Mastery of the SeeWhy learning platform (including RapidPASS) is an asset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
