We are looking for an experienced Subprime Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Subprime Finance Manager will be responsible for assisting customers with poor credit histories in obtaining financing while ensuring compliance with all legal financing documents and processes.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and structure financing options for subprime customers.
Maintain a strong understanding of lender guidelines and loan options.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding automotive financing.
Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions.
Train and lead a team to optimize the financing process and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience for customers.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive financing, specifically in a subprime setting.
Strong understanding of credit reports, financing, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of successfully managing financing options.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain professional relationships.
