We are seeking motivated and licensed Mortgage Agents/Brokers to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to the clients to help them secure the right mortgage that fits their needs.


Responsibility:


  • Possess the ability to build strong relationships with clients, guiding them towards informed decisions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by generating new business and referrals from existing clients and partners.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment and keep up to date with evolving lender and real estate market changes.
  • Conduct mortgage preapprovals, negotiate rates and terms, and provide expert solutions on various mortgage products and features suitable for the clients.
  • Anticipate underwriters' needs for mortgage conditions and manage multiple client files, while ensuring timely closure and disbursal.
  • Understand the various levels of risk associated with mortgage loans and be familiar with financial products.
  • Possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Velocity or Filogix.

Requirements:


  • A valid Mortgage Agent/Broker license from FSRA
  • Demonstrate a proven sales record in the banking, brokerage, or mobile mortgage industry. Even mortgage underwriters can excel in this role
  • At least 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and software

Potential Annual Earning - $150,000 (Base Salary + Incentives)
